 One Free Six Month Check-Up

Purchase a new bicycle from Bicycles East and you will receive one free Warranty Check-Up in the first 6 months.

New bikes do have a break in period.  You may notice this as the bike not quite shifting as well as it did on the day you got it, or the brake levers pulling closer to the handlebar.  This is totally normal, and for this reason, we offer one free Warranty Check-Up within the first 6 months of ownership.  This allows us to check over all of the systems of your bike to make sure everything is running smoothly!

*This does not apply for commercial contracts.

3 Day Test Ride (bicycle return policy)

We take the time to help you find the right bike.  To guarantee you have purchased the correct bicycle, ride it for 3 days. If during that time you are not completely satisfied, please return the bicycle for an exchange. We will gladly give you a full credit toward a new selection of equal or greater value.

Please note that the following applies to our bicycle return policy:

  • Bike must be returned in “showroom condition”
  • Exchange is limited to one time only

 Interest Free Financing

We Now offer Simple and Flexible Interest Free Financing via Synchrony Bank.  We have two great Options to help you take your purchase home today:

  1. Purchases $499 or more: 6 months interest free
  2. Purchases $1000 or more: 12 months interest free.

Financing is available to approved customers for purchases $499 and above.  Qualifying purchases can be a single item or multiple items as long as the sale total is $499 or above.  Financing is offered by Synchrony Bank and customers must be approved by them to qualify for financing.  To find out if you qualify, a simple application needs to be filed out at our store.  It typically takes 5-10 minutes to complete and we get an answer back right away with your approval status.

Lifetime guarantee on FRAME and RIGID FORK from most manufacturers*. 10 Year guarantee against all defects in material and workmanship on the rest of the bicycle from Bicycles East.

The following applies:

  • An original part that is judged to be defective under the terms of the guarantee will be replaced free of charge.
  • Original manufacturers warranty applies first
  • Any failure resulting from accident, abuse, neglect, normal wear, racing or improper maintenance is not covered.

* Trek, Giant, LIV, Electra, and Seven offer limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship to the original owner.
